“Hair? Seriously Sonya, you want me to look at hair?” I asked Sonya Marmurek when Lupoaica appeared on my blog horizon.
“What the bloody hell are you talking about? We didn’t ask you to look at hair, Dwarfins, magic, builds, no hair!”
Ah, my bad, Lupoaica isn’t on my list of assignments, but I do have a bloggers pack from them, so tail between my legs I headed off to Ravenshard, a world of crazy themes.
Meka Aeon is the creative force behind Lupoaica and hair is indeed their game, rigged mesh hair is amongst their newer items and they are exemplifying this at Fantasy Faire.
They make male and female hair and you may be wondering why hair would appear at Fantasy Faire instead of say, the hair fair? Well it might appear at the hair fair but some of the styles that Lupoaica provide are most certainly suitable for Fantasy environments and that includes the long male hair in the shape and form of Noah, which is amongst the lines being promoted at Fantasy Faire.
Hair is also a complicated beast in Second Life these days and that is also exemplified by these lines as there is a Hud required to change colours, this is not a massive problem by any stretch of the imagination and I’d imagine the hair fans out there are used to Huds being used for hair.
The Lupoaica main store, sits in a cave, which surprised me.
Now walking around the main store you can see why they wanted to display their wares at Fantasy Faire, there are colourful styles, long hair, horns and all sorts going on here.
One of the good things about events like Fantasy Faire is that you find new lines and new brands and this is exactly what has happened here, I’m glad I found out about this brand.
