Roleplay at Fantasy Faire

Roleplay first made an official appearance at Fantasy Faire in Second Life back in 2014 and it’s still going strong at this year’s event, with an offical page on the Fantasy faire website explaining the roleplay activities.

Sanctuary have made their home at Agra Adara for this year’s event where they will be embarking on a story surrounding Amazon Warriors.

You can find out more about Sanctuary and their roleplay here.

The Grizzly Cubs will be playing out their roleplay at the Spirit Valley of Kuruk. The Grizzly Cubs will be telling a story of how a peaceful and spiritual area is threatened by a Nordic Dark Elf. Never trust an Elf, I’ve been telling people this for years!

Loki and the Bear

You can find out more about The Grizzly Cubs here. The Grizzly Cubs have already started their story, you can follow updates here.

The NeoVictoria Project, who are regular participants at Fantasy Faire, are hosting meet and greet sessions at Auxentios’ Pass. The NeoVicrtoria Project is steampunk inspired. The aim of the meet and greet sessions is to engage in out of character events where people can learn about the project and there’s even a stage area, where people can practice roleplay if they want.

If you’re new or old to roleplay in Second Life, you can engage with Roleplay classes.

If action roleplay isn’t your thing, how about sitting down and engaging in some tabletop gaming. People can happily share and tell stories in a tabletop session.

The best place to find out about scheduled events at Fantasy Faire is via the calendar of events, personally I prefer viewing the calendar in agenda view.
