So there I was, wandering around Second Life, minding my own business when an Elf leaped out of the bushes and ordered me to stop. I decided to do what I always do when I encounter Elves, never trust them! Unfortunately this Elf was far more cunning than I expected.
He invited me to a party, fed me copious amounts of food and a strange liquid. Initially everything was fine, I felt rather merry and many more Elves arrived. We danced, they sang, I forgot my suspicions and then awoke, my memory mysteriously erased.
“Where am I?” I pondered.
“Azeroth, land of people with yellow exclamation marks above their head“, came the reply, from someone who identified as a Rogue.
“Noooooo” I cried, “This can’t be happening, how will I ever get home?”
“Hearthstone?” suggested the Rogue. Unfortunately that just returned me to a strange location with lots of odd looking characters.
I was forced into work, running perilous quests, picking flowers, making strange potions and then a friendly Panda Monk told me about something called Teleportation. This rang a bell, I had used such a feature many times in the past. The Monk told me that if I could master the art of Teleportation in Azeroth, I may very well be able to escape the evil clutches of singing Elves and Teleport back to Second Life.
I ran quests, I learned new skills, I mastered the art of Teleportation and then I landed at a strange place with a Dragon. “Is this the Second Life? Or is this just fantasy? Caught in a dungeon to escape Virtual Reality,” I pondered. There were themes similar to the land from which I was trying to escape, but there were also themes that were more at home in the land I was trying to return to.
I knew one thing for sure, this wasn’t the home of the Dwarfins. I teleported again and this time landed in a street with shops. Well this definitely felt more like Second Life than Azeroth, but how could I be sure? Then I spotted the Zombies, who weren’t fighting plants. I was convinced now that I was most definitely nearer to home, but not quite there yet, so the search continues, can I find my way back to my Dwarfin home?
Whilst I’m doing that, you may want to do something interesting yourself. Linden Lab recently issued a call to arms for content creators. The call is in particular related to Project Bento; Calling All Creators for Project Bento Filming Party for the Drax Files :

We’re looking for creators to show off some of the possibilities of Project Bento for an upcoming episode of The Drax Files. That sounds interesting, I may accidentally find myself in that vicinity at some point … although I’ll be wary of any Elves, never trust Elves, seriously!
