Luna Barak is well known in roleplaying circles in Second Life, her product lines of Moonstruck and Fantavatar have been seen in many places, so it was a pleasure to be assigned to cover Luna and her presence at Fantasy Faire 2011. Again I’m in the Fantastical and Magical sim and you can teleport there by clicking the following link:

Luna is showing me Elvish merchandise … it’s a good job this is for charity, although even I as a Drow could get away with wearing some of these outfits, just don’t tell the Elves I said that! Luna speaks to me about her brands and why she has two.
“FANTAVATAR started its brand activity at the end of 2009, complimenting my other brand MOONSTRUCK, to satisfy the need I felt to challenge my creativty in building complete avatars. The avatars are sold as whole in a pack or in separated parts, so it means skins, shapes, eyes, hair and clothes.”
Luna moves on to talk about her Fantasy Faire items, last time I saw Luna she was a bird … I mean of the feathered variety so I’m trying to keep the conversation going before she transforms and flies off.
“The first item from which income will go to relay for life is BREENA – a fae outfit with wings that has been purposely coloured with the official color of RFL, purple.”
The second outfit looks pretty damn Elven to me …. and it is, as Luna explains:
“The second one is GALAN, an elven outfit, this outfit accompanies the latest complete fantasy avatar of FANTAVATAR.”
However there are more items in the Fantasy Faire store than this, as Luna explains .. and starts talking about shoes, Elven shoes, I grimace as this is all for a good cause!
“In the shop I have also placed a Gatcha vendor, it has been used during the recent FASHION for LIFE Faire, it is a random vendor that delivers a pair of elven shoes with random colours.”
There’s more though, besides the vendors there’s also a hunt item for you to have fun finding:
“The hunt Item is a necklace representing the symbol of FANTAVATAR, the Pegacorn”
Luna is a very talented creator, as with many of the stores at Fantasy Faire all we see is a sample of their work, inworld Luna sells complete fantasy avatars, clothing, furniture, boats and more! A good place to check out for your roleplaying needs.
