Continuing with the French theme, Sur La Mer in French means on the sea .. I think! I took French a long long time ago. What I can very confidently say is that the French countryside region of Flux Sur Mer in Second Life is both on the sea and absolutely stunning.
The parcel description informs us :
Flux Sur Mer is a detailed and artistically developed French country estate/ full sim, stunningly brought to life by creator and designer Nic Bour (nicbor resident), along with custom mesh designer Imoken Neox.
Stunningly brought to life by the creators is not an understatement.
This is a region that has a lot of depth and is a joy to explore.
Cottages, sheep, horses all add to the feel that you’re in the countryside. There’s a windmill in the vicinity too.
The destination guide description tells us :
Flux Sur Mer is French countryside embracing the old charms and the slow rhythms of country life. Surrounded by small quaint shops, flea markets, old cottages and even ‘vide grenier’. She sits on the shores of a deep estuary where the river meets the ocean, surrounded by opulence of trees and nature.
Explore and you may find all of this.
This is a region with a tourist side too, a souvenir shop, transport, some people are even unpacking the car in the middle of a quiet road.
Me? I decided to get ice cream, at which point it promptly rained on me! Why does it always rain on me? Is it because I lied when I was seventeen?
If you get time, Flux Sur Mer is a location well worth visiting, trust me, I’m a Dwarfin.
