Unhinged – A Festival For Eku’s Head, winds up today with Eku, home after surgery and now the cybernetic lady will attend today’s events where possible, hopefully she hasn’t got the sort of cybernetics that beset Peter in Fringe and has been turned into an observer!
The Welcome Home Eku party has been announced by Mabb Dilweg in a post at SLUniverse. DJ’s are arranging their thing in that thread and provisional sets have been pencilled in:

Now a quick reminder of what this fundraiser was for. Eku Zhong, has suffered with MS, thyroid cancer and then bone cancer over the last seven years. Many surgeries have been performed including radiation therapies, bone replacements and marrow transplants. However all this surgery left Eku with a very fragile skull, the area where her zygotic arch meets the bone had been severely compromised and only further surgery could help here and this surgery isn’t cheap.
The Unhinged fundraiser was setup to help Eku meet the costs of that further surgery and the goal at which point Eku could afford the surgery was met around November 26th, when Unhinged had raised around one million Linden Dollars. This wasn’t the total cost of surgery, Eku met much of the costs herself via other streams and credit cards, so the rest of the fundraising has been aimed at reducing Eku’s debts.
