A Visit To Neive In Second Life

Neive

Inspired by Inara Pey’s blog post; Visiting ~Neive~ In Second Life, I decided to follow in Inara’s footsteps and visit Neive in Second Life.

Farming

Inara had informed us about the region :

~Neive~ is a Homestead regions designed by Claudia (claudia74a Orsini) which Caitlyn and I first visited in late June 2017, when it still appeared to be under construction. We dropped back there at the start of September to see how things had developed, and found the region has grown into a quite pastoral – if slightly eclectic – setting.

This description is extremely accurate.

Wandering

The notecard that you can accept when you land in the region informs us that the region was first created in 2016 and is now back, with romance and friendship in mind.

Horses

The region is designated as adult but I saw nothing that was overtly adult during my visit. The notecard tells us that although the region is designated adult, discretion is required and harassment will not be tolerated.

Sea View

The region has a very relaxed and idyllic feeling to it. There are rural themes where you will find sheep and horses around, as well as farming equipment.

Sheep

There’s also a lot of sea surrounding the build and good use has been made of this mix of sea and countryside.

A View Of Neive

If you would like to rez objects, such as a pose stands, then you can join the land group. There is a one off small fee of L$99 to join the group, with the costs helping to pay for the upkeep of the region and if you do join the land group you are welcome to set your Second Life Home location to Neive.

Barn

If you do take photos you can share them in a couple of official places for the region :

This is a very picturesque and peaceful region, it is well worth a visit.
