Angus is Free!

In my last post I highlighted the plight of AngusGraham Ceawlin, unable to login without crashing, but the good news is that Angus is free! Amanda Dallin made a comment on my previous post that Angus is free so I went and checked out Jira SVC-7653 where Angus shared the good news!

This just in today A comment has been added to your Case..

Angus is FREE to roam the main grid!!!!!!

So good news all round, although sixty three days to get this sorted does make one sort of frown quite a bit, it has been sorted, although at this point I don’t know if the mysterious and painful sounding Chop-839 has been fixed yet.

Angus can now get back to sailing and I have to say again, he has displayed marvellous manners, a good sense of humour and a positive outlook on what must have been quite a painful situation. Izzy Linden deserves a special mention too as Izzy has helped to push Angus’ case via the Jira.
