This is a tale of woe, a story of amazing patience, a tale to warm the cockles of your heart, well except that there is of yet no happy ending. This is the story of AngusGraham Ceawlin and his adventures of trying to get his account restored to working order, which is allegedly now a two month long tale. The story can be largely tracked via Jira SVC-7653 where Angus informs us:
“Complete Show Stopper.Tried Several different viewers on several different computers. Can only log into SL for a seconds. Crashes at near the end of world loading, at that point I get a program not responding error. Izzy Linden said I should post on here in hopes that some dev. will pick up my project. I was told that this is a result of jira(CHOP-839) which is confidential. If someone is interested in this please contact AngusGraham Ceawlin (hopefully i will recieve email)or CliveMcroy Resident (also me) inworld. thank you.”
Poor Angus, he shows remarkable patience, I mean really remarkable, he’s unable to access his inventory, as he will crash. There has been some assistance, Whirly Fizzle and the Phoenix team have been able to get Angus logged in, but if he receives any inventory offers at all, he crashes, so for now Angus isn’t logging in as Angus, he can login as an alt, but poor old Angus is in a state of limbo.
Angus is well known it seems in sailing circles, where he is apparently rather popular, which isn’t surprising as Angus doesn’t spit his dummy in the Jira thread, no he reacts with good grace and good humour, he ponders about the big mystery of the problem of his account:
“Can you tell me please where I can find information on CHOP-839 as I am new to this Jira I only seek understanding as to why I am no longer viable as person in second lfe and so unique in a problem That I am so hard to be repaired Thankyou

It’s time that Angus was freed from his captivity and allowed to roam the grid as Angus, support the call for Angus to be back as himself, even if it means poking Rodvik about it on this thread. Angus has suffered for long enough now!
If more women worked at Linden Lab, Colonel Angus would be a priority.
