The latest Linden Lab blog post of Highlights From The Destination Guide<\/a> is full of interesting places. I was, not surprisingly, \u00a0quite taken with Storybrooke Gardens and a Winter’s Tale<\/a>, being as it is described as taking you into the pages of a classic fantasy storybook. I wasn’t disappointed.<\/p>\n

\"Ice<\/a><\/p>\n

Lauren Bentham has created a magically atmospheric setting here that blends winter, castles and glowing warmth in parts with a more sunny but no less fantastical green setting.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\"Shelter\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The contrast in seasons is striking, but the common theme of a fantastical settings wherever you tread is consistent.<\/p>\n

\"Garden\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The location is extremely well designed, easy to navigate and beyond anything else, fantastically picturesque.<\/p>\n

\"Toy<\/a><\/p>\n

There are some basic ground rules for visitors and bloggers. The main one being that you should not enter rental properties unless invited in by the person renting. The same rule applies to taking snapshots within rental properties, seek permission first.<\/p>\n

Another ground rule is that if you do post pictures in a blog or elsewhere, then you should credit the location.<\/p>\n

This is a small price to pay for being able to visit and take snapshots of these wonderful settings.<\/p>\n

\"Houses\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Even if you’re not a fan of fantasy, this is a beautiful, pleasant on the eye place to visit which shows just how well Second Life can be utilised to provide photogenic, easy to navigate, atmospheric and engaging locations.<\/p>\n

This is well worth a visit, just respect the ground rules and enjoy your visit.<\/p>\n
