There&#8217;s no sea breeze, sun traps, the feel of sand on your feet.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore I&#8217;ll be off for the next fortnight or so in search of some physical world sunshine, ambience, hopefully not too many hangovers and a rather relaxing time reading books published on paper.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m unlikely to blog much during this period, indeed it&#8217;s highly unlikely I&#8217;ll blog at all. This is a shame in many ways as there&#8217;s a lot going on.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Inara Pey has been covering a hell of a lot of good subjects that I haven&#8217;t got around to taking a look at, including; <a href=\"http:\/\/modemworld.me\/2015\/10\/01\/enter-valyria-with-calas-galadhon-in-second-life\/\" target=\"_blank\">taking a look at Valyria<\/a>, created by the excellent Calas Galadhon team of\u00a0Tymus Tenk and Truck Meredith.<\/p>\n<p>Inara has also been keeping us up to date with <a href=\"http:\/\/modemworld.me\/2015\/10\/04\/fearsome-valleys-spiritual-battles-and-caped-crusaders\/\" target=\"_blank\">the wonderful work of the Seanchai Library<\/a>, which I don&#8217;t cover anywhere near as much as I&#8217;d like to.<\/p>\n<p>Inara has also been posting about <a href=\"http:\/\/modemworld.me\/2015\/10\/04\/peatonville-bay-gateway-to-the-asylum-in-second-life\/\" target=\"_blank\">MadPea Games latest venture, Peatonville Bay<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Inara has also been informing us all about <a href=\"http:\/\/modemworld.me\/2015\/10\/04\/high-fidelity-september-update-and-things-to-come\/\" target=\"_blank\">High Fidelity&#8217;s September update<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot of good information there and I wish I had time to cover a quarter of them, but suitcases need to be packed. However beyond Inara, a great place to keep up to date with the statistical side of Second Life is at Tyche Shepherd&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/gridsurvey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Grid Survey<\/a>.
