SL12B celebrations continue at an amazing rate of knots and today’s events<\/a> include a meet the Lindens, which once again features a two Lindens for the price of one.\u00a0Danger Linden, Senior Director, Product, Virtual Worlds for Linden Lab and Troy Linden, Senior Producer for Second Life\u00a0will be talking at 1pm in The Auditorum<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Pirates!\"<\/a><\/p>\n

However not all SL12B events are taking place in the main regions for the birthday bash and if you want to take a step back away from the crowds, but still find plenty of people then you may well want to head over to Kitty CatS pirate island<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Kitty<\/a><\/p>\n

Kitty CatS, for those who don’t know, are breedable pets in Second Life, they also make for nice scenery. When you add pirates into this mix, you’re on to a sure fire winner … oh come on, I can’t be the only person who likes pirates!<\/p>\n

\"Beware<\/a><\/p>\n

So what will you find at the Pirate Island? Well obviously you’ll find Kitty CatS and there’s even a free one available as a birthday gift. However you will also find games, ships, some looking a bit shipwrecked, cats that will let you travel on them around the island and you’ll even find some art.<\/p>\n

\"Land<\/a><\/p>\n

So a nice mixture of items to explore and of course, you’ll find lots of pirate material going on. However dogs beware, there are warning signs around the island regarding dogs, you have been warned!<\/p>\n
