One of the cold harsh realities about Fantasy Faire is that it’s not on for long enough! This means I haven’t got to look at anywhere near enough items, stores or events. However today I found a bit of time to stroll through the green grasses and woods of Tangleshimmer Grove<\/a>. This regions yields some surprises because despite it’s bright outlook, it’s actually the home to Goths, Pagans and Muses.<\/p>\n

\"SL<\/a><\/p>\n

The region itself has been created by Searlait Nitschke, who also sponsors the region under his Roavenwood brand. The regions is described as :<\/p>\n

Deep in the heart of the wood is the secret place of Fairies. Golden light bathes the lush green as flowers dance and the early morning dew lays a glistening shimmer over the world.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I can’t argue with that!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

SL Goth magazine<\/a> are there, displaying their literary gothic wares in a rather charming setting where one may want to settle down for a drink of tea.<\/p>\n

\"Kismet\"<\/a><\/p>\n

On the other hand, Kismet, by Cierra Anatine, has a rather chilling feel, despite the burning fire. This is a Pagan area, there are stones, clothes and more.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/a><\/p>\n

If you want to be rescued from that then Dolce Blackflag’s The Muses offers some respite. Things feel a bit calmer here. Dolce is also an event sponsor and was once known for a range called PixelDolls, which some of the older readers may remember with a large degree of fondness.<\/p>\n

Alas there are a hell of a lot of others whom I’ve left out of this post. There’s plenty to see here and hopefully you won’t be burnt on the bonfire.<\/p>\n
