\"Addressing<\/a><\/p>\n

Pensively I announced to The High Council Of Dwarfins<\/a> that I had to embark on a perlious mission to The Isle Of View in Second Life.<\/p>\n

“Second Life?<\/em>” pondered the woman sat next to me, “Is that still around?<\/em>“. The females either side of me found this highly amusing, I just raised my eyebrows.<\/p>\n

“The mission is perilous<\/em>“, I announced, “Love Is in the air, everywhere I look around, Love is in the air, every sight and every sound<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

The lady stood to my left groaned and said “Will you please stop singing that bloody song!<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

With that I left the hall.<\/p>\n

\"Talking<\/a><\/p>\n

“Gwarda!<\/em>” I shouted as I saw Gwarda Rockbeard, “I’m off on a Perilous mission to The Isle Of View in Second Life<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

“Why?<\/em>” asked Gwarda.<\/p>\n

“Love is in the air,\u00a0In the whisper of the trees,\u00a0Love is in the air,\u00a0In the thunder of the sea<\/em>“, I replied.<\/p>\n

Gwarda frowned and went about her business.<\/p>\n

\"Rehri<\/a><\/p>\n

I then spied Rehri Rockbeard and went to speak to him.<\/p>\n

“Don’t you dare bloody sing!<\/em>” he told me, “Oh and be careful, I hear there are Lindens there<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\"Hitching<\/a><\/p>\n

The news about Lindens worried me somewhat but I was determined to make the perilous journey to The Isle Of View, so I went to see the dragon masters, who conveniently had a dragon who would be able to take me to The Isle Of View, free of charge, as long as I promised not to sing!<\/p>\n

\"Xiola<\/a><\/p>\n

On arrival I spotted swans, love hearts, balloons, benches and humans. One looked important, she also had a dog and was posing for photographs alongside another female human. She was some sort of Baroness but she soon left, shortly after I’d kicked her in the ankles.<\/p>\n

The remaining human female looked at me, “Ciaran, is that you?<\/em>” she asked.<\/p>\n

Panic set in, “No no, I’m umm, a Dwarfin, cousin of The Rockbeards, and a flagon of your finest ale if you don’t mind kind lady<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

The human female frowned “Please stop calling me the human female, you know I’m Xiola Linden!<\/em>” she implored. “What brings you to The Isle Of View?<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Love is in the air,\u00a0In the rising of the sun,\u00a0Love is in the air,\u00a0When the day is nearly done<\/em>” I replied.<\/p>\n

\"Standing<\/a><\/p>\n

Xiola just looked at me, “Ok get on the fence and take a photo<\/em>“, she said. Now this was exciting, a photo of a real life Linden and me! A humble Dwarfin, well a King actually, but that’s not the point! I posed, posed some more, and then posed again. However once I realised that she really wasn’t going to get me a flagon of ale I decided it might be time to let someone else meet Xiola.<\/p>\n

\"Xiola<\/a><\/p>\n

“Ciaran<\/em>“, Xiola called after me, “Will you please stop singing that bloody song!<\/em>”<\/p>\n

I nodded and walked away, quietly singing to myself, “And I don’t know if you are an illusion,\u00a0Don’t know if I see truth,\u00a0But you are something that I must believe in,\u00a0And you are there when I reach out for you.<\/em>”<\/p>\n
