Fantasy Faire 2014<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I am miles behind with my coverage of Fantasy Faire 2014<\/a>, Sonya Murmarek and the team are way ahead of me! For those who are not familiar with Fantasy Faire in Second Life, I advise you to take your time to make yourself familiar with it. On a scale of 1 – 10, with 1 being pretty damn rubbish and 10 being awesome, Fantasy Faire rates as an 11! My favourite Second Life event by a country mile.<\/p>\n

So in the next few posts I’ll start catching up with the news so far, hopefully I’m not out of date with the news, from what I can see there are still openings for merchants who want to participate.<\/p>\n

\nA Benefit for the American Cancer Society<\/p>\n

Celebrating its sixth year, Fantasy Faire 2014 is the largest gathering of fantasy designers, enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world. From Thursday, May 1 to Sunday May 11, treat yourself to eleven days of shopping, live music concerts, auctions, hunts and roleplaying as thousands of Second Life residents and creators bring their own visions together to support the American Cancer Society\u2019s vision of a world without cancer.<\/p>\n

Avatars, clothing, furnishings, gadgets and exclusive items are available from more than 150 of SL\u2019s top Fantasy Creators across eleven stunning sims designed by some of the visionary artists behind many of the hottest spots on the SL destination guide.<\/p>\n
