I missed the Mad City Blogger preview because I was asleep in bed, even seekers of truth and justice style evil Drow Wizard types need sleep at times and those times often coincide with 2am! However I have been very kindly presented with a press release, which is all about Madpea Productions Mad City! I have also visited the sim today and I must say it is very atmospheric, although there were one or two teething problems, there are plenty of people visiting and they even have their own radio stream!<\/p>\n

Mad City is full of dark secrets, eerie builds, mysteries.. and is the home for the famous Silent Peacock Hotel with Room 326.<\/em><\/p>\n

Yes you read right! We are doing something we have NEVER done before:. Back by popular demand, it’s the Room 326 Hunt, one of our most popular hunts from the past!<\/em><\/p>\n

The Silent Peacock holds many secrets and the biggest of them all is Room 326. 15 people are missing after spending a night in that room. No one knows what happened to those poor souls, even the local police has been left clueless.<\/em><\/p>\n

You will take on a role of a private detective and follow clues all over the grid to find out what truly happened.<\/em><\/p>\n

Room 326 is a shocking murder mystery with a storyline that will leave you breathless!<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0As well as the grid-wide hunt, Mad City brings your the greatest entertainment, contests, hunts, stores and the madness you have been longing for.<\/em><\/p>\n

Opening July 3rd at 12pm SLT.<\/em><\/p>\n

Press release has ended now, as I said the sim is very atmospheric, it has noir feeling to it and to make those of us who live in the UK feel at home, it’s raining there too!<\/p>\n

However this venture isn’t just about the game there, there are stores there, which I didn’t realise, so it was honestly completely accidental that whilst I was wearing my Dwarfins Wizard avatar, I found myself outside the Dwarfins store there!<\/p>\n

Interesting sim and hopefully I’ll get time to play the hunt … I always run out of time before I play the hunt! This post would have been a lot easier if my home city hadn’t been in the middle of power cut hell too!<\/p>\n
