So I managed to sneak into a cave and find the secret entrance that took me to the entrance to Fantasy Faire 2013, but in my path I saw two Giants guarding the way, I tried to hide but they saw me and crossed their arms, frowining at me. Then one of them roared:<\/p>\n

“Fee-fi-fo-fum,<\/em><\/p>\n

I smell the blood of an Englishman,<\/em><\/p>\n

Be he live, or be he dead<\/em><\/p>\n

I’ll grind his bones to make my bread.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

I stood there, frozen, too afraid to move when one of the giants started laughing “I’ve always wanted to say that!<\/em>” he roared.<\/p>\n

The other giant replied “I’m waiting for the chance to say ‘Unleash The Kraken’<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Ooh that’s a good one!<\/em>” said the first Giant “Ok in you go, Sonya Marmurek said you’d be coming, come on move along quickly…. and remember, no SLURL’s allowed in previews.<\/em>” I hurriedly moved through the entrance but couldn’t help overhear their conversation.<\/p>\n

“Do you think it will rain?<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“No idea, I hope not, I want to hang my washing out.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Washing, blah, that means ironing.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Oh I hate ironing, but it has to be done, I’ve got some new fabric conditioner.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Oh really, which brand?<\/em>”<\/p>\n

Thankfully I was now out of range to hear the rest of the conversation, but I wasn’t quite there yet, barring my path was a witch, pointing her finger at me, “You!<\/em>” she exclaimed “It was foretold in the prophecies that you would arrive!<\/em>”<\/p>\n

I looked behind me to see if anyone else was there, then looked questioningly at the witch “Did Sonya Marmurek mention my name?<\/em>”<\/p>\n

“Ah, you know the prophecies too!<\/em>” exclaimed the witch.<\/p>\n

I groaned and moved on and finally, I found myself at sneak peek Fantasy Faire 2013. I had to choose a portal:<\/p>\n

Now here you have a choice to pickup a free low lag avatar and my advice is to consider picking one up. Anyone who has been in Second Life for a while knows that these sort of events can get busy and busy can sometimes mean you get stuck in the mud.<\/p>\n

Having chosen my portal, I glanced to the sky and saw a boat, being held up by what appeared to be a dragon:<\/p>\n

However I wasn’t heading up there and so instead I turned, and saw them, they may look innocent, but trust me, you need to tread very carefully around these guys:<\/p>\n

\"Dwarfins\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Dwarfins!<\/a> Lots of them, all in one place. Now being as I’m a fearless hero who has so far negotiated giants and a witch, a few Dwarfins might not seem too bad. However I know from previous experience what these guys can be like, and sure enough, a cursory glance around the door revealed wild shenanigans!<\/p>\n

Beer, bawdinwess, weapons, my trusted chief Elf nowhere in sight, it was time to run for my life and look for somewhere safer to sneak peak at Fantasy Faire 2013!<\/p>\n
